ANTI-RACISM & CANDID CONVERSATIONS

For many years, the idea of not "being racist" was considered enough. However, the fight against violence with Black Lives Matter and Stop Asian Hate have proved the importance of the distinction between "not being racist" and being an Anti-Racist and ally. Passionate bout fighting against violence, Cheetahs for Change took initiative and created a project on Anti-Racism. With this project, we did our best to educate our school community on what anti-racism means, and how there's a difference from "not being racist" and being "Anti-Racist". We taught our peers about being activists in our society and how we can work together to ensure that racism has no home in our school environment and our respective communities. We spread the message that no one in our community, or globally should fall victim to discrimination and how it continues to be all of our responsibilities to do our part in creating a racism and discrimination-free environment for everyone.
