REMEMBERANCE DAY VIDEO 2020

Cheetahs for Change has made the commitment to never forget the sacrifices and dedication of the soldiers, nurses, front line workers..etc in Canada's war participation and history. In 2020 and 2021, we created virtual ceremonies for Remembrance Day, meant to substitute for the lack of in-person ceremonies due to COVID-19. Despite the challenges that presented themselves, we stepped up to the plate and created these presentations for our school and community, to which we received great responses. These ceremonies not only featured the traditional wreath laying and ceremonial anthems, but also incorporated interviews with veterans and their families and presentations on important events and contributions from all over Canada.
